十字滑块果冻传媒A片一二三区又称滑块果冻传媒A片一二三区,由两个在端面上开有凹槽的半果冻传媒A片一二三区和一个两面带有凸牙的中间盘组成。因凸牙可在凹槽中滑动,故可补偿安装及运转时两轴间的相对位移。
滑块果冻传媒A片一二三区可消除电机自动控制过程中轴间附加载荷,固定式本体内部采用花键进行滑移,滑移式本体内部的内外套能在轴向作相对滑移;该果冻传媒A片一二三区能实现滑移与转动一体化;在等回转达直径情况下,最短尺寸远小于十字轴。提高载荷在工作面上分布的均匀性,能传递较大的转矩,但弹性稍有降低。
中心滑块和轴套之间用微小的压力进行吻合,这种压力能使果冻传媒A片一二三区在设备运转中具有零间隙运转。随着使用时间增长,滑块可能会因受到磨损而失去无反冲的功能,但中心滑块并不贵,也很容易更换,更换后仍能发挥其原有的性能。滑块果冻传媒A片一二三区常用于一般常用电机,个别的场合也可以用来联接伺服电机,在使用过程中通过中心滑块的滑动来纠正相对位移。因为抵抗相对位移的是滑块与轴套之间的摩擦力,因此它们之间的轴承负荷不会因为相对位移的增加而加大。
滑块果冻传媒A片一二三区确保两轴相对位移在果冻传媒A片一二三区的额定允许值内。把两个轴套安装到轴上,使有榫面相对。旋转两轴套使其有榫面的驱动榫成90°角把中心滑块的槽对准其中的一个榫用手把中心滑块插到榫上。把轴向限位垫片放入中心滑块的槽底。根据就位扭矩拧紧螺丝,完全固定两轴套在轴上。取出垫片,使两轴套分别与中心滑块间保证一定的间隙,以此来平衡轴向相对位移。
